According to reports, the three co-founders of AI cloud computing company CoreWeave—Michael Intrator, Brian Venturo, and Brannin McBee—have collectively sold shares worth approximately $3.3 billion since the company’s initial public offering in March 2025. Following its IPO, CoreWeave’s stock surged as much as 359% above its offering price and reached a milestone high roughly three months post-listing;

The stock closed down 11.91% this Friday. The ongoing share sales by founders have drawn market attention amid rising credit risks and growing investor concerns over the sustainability of AI spending. On October 15, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that CoreWeave’s financial condition is improving and remarked that the company “is getting stronger every day,” adding that NVIDIA sees no need to provide financial guarantees for this data center operator.
