AI security firm HiddenLayer raises $100 million in Series B funding as enterprise AI deployment security spending surges

According to reports, AI security startup HiddenLayer has completed a $100 million Series B funding round led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft M12, Booz Allen Hamilton, and others. The company offers tools designed to protect AI models, agents, and workflows against adversarial attacks, vulnerability exploitation, and malicious code injection. In the past year, its annual recurring revenue has grown more than 10-fold, now reaching tens of millions of dollars, with over 90% of growth driven by new customers. Gartner forecasts that enterprise AI security product spending will reach $2.83 billion by 2026, representing an 83% increase from 2025. HiddenLayer plans to allocate the funds toward sales expansion, engineering R&D, and scaling operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
