According to LatePost, Moonshot (Kimi) has submitted its A1 filing confidentially to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange this week, officially launching its IPO process on the Hong Kong market. Kimi stated in response that it will not comment on market rumors and currently has no information to disclose. Meanwhile, Kimi is advancing a new round of financing at a pre-money valuation of $50 billion, which may be its final funding round prior to the IPO.
