According to the official announcement, Moonshot has announced native support for Kimi API in both OpenAI's Responses API format and Anthropic's Messages API format. Users of Codex or Claude Code can now directly connect to models such as kimi-k3, kimi-k2.7-code-highspeed, kimi-k2.7-code, and kimi-k2.6 via custom model providers without requiring format conversion or local proxies.
