Tencent Hunyuan team open-sources the speculative decoding framework AngelSpec, and releases drafter weights and training code for Hy3-A21B

It is reported that the Tencent Hunyuan team has officially open-sourced AngelSpec. This project is an speculative decoding framework covering the entire pipeline from drafter training and architecture design to online deployment. The Tencent Hunyuan team has also open-sourced the MTP and DFly drafter weights and training code for Hy3-A21B, enabling developers to leverage them in scenarios involving model inference acceleration and deployment.
